We may consider photographs of the bumper and defect for warranty purposes in lieu of receiving the actual bumper. Please call before acting on any warranty. Defective items must be returned to our Clovis, California facility with a copy of the original invoice, FREIGHT PREPAID. Returned items will be replaced free of charge and shipped, freight prepaid with the dealers next stock order upon confirmation of our responsibility of the defect. A return authorization number must accompany all items. Items returned without prior authorization or found to be free of defects may be denied credit. We reserve the  right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
